Jiří Štrébl

Jiří Štrébl is a Czech theatre, film, and television actor who has built a reputation over the years as a reliable and distinctive character performer. He has long been professionally associated with Prague City Theatres, where he has created a wide range of roles spanning contemporary drama and classical repertoire. He has also guest-performed at Divadlo Na zábradlí and other Prague stages. He notably excelled at Divadlo Komedie, for example in the monodrama Hrdinové jako my, directed by Kamila Polívková. Štrébl’s acting style is rooted in naturalism, precise timing, and detailed character work.
